Our Lady of Mercy - Home
Please find below the process for all persons inquiring about renting facilities at Our Lady of Mercy School.

Step 1: Identify the facility you want to use by reviewing the following document:


Step 2: Contact the School Office to inquire on the availability of the desired space.

             **OLM events take priority over any potential rental events. The rental agent will work with the school to determine potential availability.

Step 3:  Read and Sign the Procedures & Rules                                                 

Step 4:  Review and comply with all Insurance Requirements

                Prior to the use of the facilities, the individual or organization will be required to submit a 
              certificate of insurance satisfactory to the school district. Certificate of insurance required
              naming Our Lady of Mercy School as an additional insured with a combined minimum
              limit of:
              $1,000,000 per occurrence for non-athletic events
              $2,000,000 for athletic events.
              If the individual or organization is unable to provide their own insurance, they may obtain
              coverage through the Archdiocese of Hartford by:
2.   Fee of $100.00 (checks made out to Archdiocese of Hartford)
3.   Mail Application and Fee to: Catholic Mutual Group

Step 6:  Submit proof of Insurance and the completed Facility Request Form:

Step 7: A representative of the school will be in touch with the applicant
            within 1 week of receipt and review of request
