A sibling grant of $1000 per child applies to each additional child in a full-day program for grades K-8 beyond the first child enrolled within a family.

Non-Refundable Deposit

The deposit, due upon enrollment, is not an additional fee, but will be applied to tuition.

Additional Required Fees & Obligations
Application fee: This non-refundable fee applies only to all new students applying to OLM
Application fee:
$50.00 per student
Activity fee: This fee covers a variety of school-sponsored class & school wide events and activities. Some examples are, but not limited to: Eighth grade graduation, First Holy Communion celebration, and Spring Auction Class gifts, Team Shirts, morale builders and treats for students, teachers and all school assemblies.

Parent Association Dues These dues go towards the following Parent funded events but are not limited to: Ice cream social/Welcome Tea, Student Appreciation Activities, Teacher Appreciation Luncheon, Fall Festival & BBQ, Catholic Schools Week activities, Field Day activities, Faculty & Staff Christmas gifts, Christmas Pancake Breakfast,  Hospitality for various school events, Defray costs for Adult Socials Moms and Dads Night Out
Parent Association Dues: $100.00 per family
Service Hours: Service Hours are completed in a variety of ways. Opportunities include leadership positions on executive boards of parent organizations, committee and room parent positions, coaching teams, sports booster sales, kitchen assistance during lunch and volunteering for the variety of events and activies during the year. This includes data entry and office service as well. This obligation invites parents to equally contribute to the volunteer efforts necessary to sustain a vibrant school community. Those who are unable to volunteer their time pay $10 per/hour to fulfill their service hour obligation. This is payable to OLM and is due June 1 of the academic year. Parents whose children are enrolled in the full-day program are responsible to fulfill this obligation.

Tuition Assistance Options
Due to the generosity of our parishioners and private donors who financially support the mission of Our Lady of Mercy School, the following programs are available to families to assist in offsetting the cost of tuition.
  • A sibling grant of $1000 per child applies to each additional child in full day program for grades K - Gr. 8 beyond the first child enrolled within a family.           
  • Financial Assistance: is available to families who demonstrate financial need
    • An application must be completed  and submitted through factstuitionaid.com
    • Families are considered for Financial Assistance after the Enrollment Contract and deposit are received in the Main Office.
    • Only one application is needed per family regardless of the number of children 
    • Financial Assistance can only be applied to students in Kindergarten-Gr. 8.

Fees for Optional Programs
The following programs are offered to students and require a separate registration and payment process.    
Instrumental Lessons and Band Program: The Instrumental Band program is available to all interested students in grades 4 through 8. Weekly group instruction and band rehearsal is offered for all woodwind, brass, and percussion instruments used in the Band ensemble.
Per Student, Gr. 4-8 $250.00
Sports Fee: OLM sports program is open to all students in grades 6-8 and also to students in grades 5 based on availability of space on the team and coaching staff.
Fall: Soccer/Running Club
Winter: Basketball
Spring: Softball/Baseball/Running Club/Golf
Sports Fee: $100.00 per student, per academic year (non-refundable)
Extended Care Program: Extended care is available for K-8 students Monday thru Friday when school is in session. Invoices are sent regularly.
AM Care: 7:00 am – 7:50 am $5.00 per day, per child - flat rate
  PM Care: 3:00 pm – 5:30  pm $13 per day, per child for consistent need; $20 per day, per child for sporadic need
Lunch Program: 
Milk Program: Milk is ordered for the year at This is a non-refundable payment.
